Erin Hauser Sheridan Tapped as CSL Business Manager

2015 CSL Graduate Returns After 7+ Years at Randolph-Macon College

Center for Sport Leadership at VCU is proud to announce Erin Hauser Sheridan as our new Business Manager. A 2015 graduate of the CSL, Erin returns to VCU from Randolph-Macon College where she was the Assistant Athletic Director.  

"We are thrilled to have Erin back at VCU," said Executive Director Carrie LeCrom, Ph.D. "We feel so fortunate to have someone with her experience and skill set join our team. Not only has she remained engaged with our program since graduating, she has a clear understanding of what the CSL is all about. She will be a huge asset for our students and alumni."

Erin Hauser Sheridan joined the Randolph-Macon staff in 2015 as Athletics Operations Administrator and was named Associate Athletic Director in August of 2021.  

As Associate Athletic Director, Sheridan holds a variety of responsibilities.  She provides oversight for the department budget, completing the NCAA and EADA reports, and serves as the liaison to other offices on campus.  She oversees game-day management, maintains all facility schedules, and manages transportation for the eighteen varsity sports teams. She has a hand in all athletic events including serving as tournament director for numerous ODAC and NCAA Tournament rounds.

Sheridan earned a Bachelor of Arts in business/economics from Randolph-Macon in 2013.  She was a 4-time all-conference women’s soccer player for the Yellow Jackets and served as a captain her junior and senior seasons.

After graduating from Randolph-Macon, Sheridan enrolled in the CSL's Dual Degree program, earning her Master of Education in Sport Leadership and her Master of Business Administration.  

Sheridan currently resides with her husband, J.B. Sheridan, the head men’s lacrosse coach at Randolph-Macon College and their daughter, Andi Sheridan.
