Maureen Taggart, also known as Mosie, is a Vermont native who graduated from Northeastern University in 2018. She concentrated her studies in Psychology, minored in Business, and was a four-year member of the women’s basketball team. After graduating, Mosie moved to Rwanda and worked for Shooting Touch, a nonprofit that uses basketball as it’s platform to implement health education and empower youth and women. After her ten months abroad, Mosie volunteered for the Basketball Without Borders camp in Senegal. Mosie is passionate about sports and their ability to impact and unite groups of people. She is eager to further her education, while simultaneously gaining experience in the industry as the USCAA’s Basketball National Championships Operations Coordinator.
