Prior to moving to Richmond, Peter grew up on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. He graduated in 2018 from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship with additional coursework completed in the fields of education and sports studies. During his undergraduate career, Peter became heavily involved in local high school athletics. He served as an administrative assistant in the Oyster River High School Athletics Department in Durham. This position along with past playing experience lead to Peter taking over as the head coach of the school’s reserve basketball team. After a season, Peter became a full-time assistant at the varsity level. Additionally, he has completed analytics focused internships at a couple of startup companies including Family Revive and the New Hampshire Association for Accounting and Taxation Professionals. He comes to the Center for Sport Leadership anxious to learn about the intersection between education and sport at the collegiate level. Peter is excited to serve as a graduate assistant in VCU’s Department of Student-Athlete Support Services.
