Caroline Kardian
Caroline Kardian is from Roswell, Georgia. She attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN where she earned a B.A. in Business with minors in Economics and Film and Media Studies. At Rhodes, she enjoyed building relationships with athletic administrators as a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team. Caroline was actively involved on campus and was notably VP of her school’s Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC). She also worked as an intern for the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) where she gained conference and NCAA-wide insights into the collegiate sports world. Through this internship and working in her school’s intramural department, Caroline grew her passion for sports administration.
She currently serves as the University of Richmond Athletics Leadership Graduate Assistant and the University of Richmond Women’s Lacrosse Graduate Assistant. These two opportunities are giving her a variety of experience working hands on with student athletes and athletic administrators. Caroline is eager to develop hands on professional experience and is extremely grateful for the opportunities the CSL provides. She is excited to meet new people who share her love of sports and grow alongside her classmates.
