Emily Zacharias was born and raised in Glen Allen, Virginia, just outside of Richmond. She attended James Madison University, where she earned a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management with a Minor in General Business. At JMU, enjoyed serving in various aspects of the sport industry, including coaching, refereeing, facilities and event management, and operations. Here at VCU, her current GA is with Richmond Volleyball Club as an Operations Assistant. She is also the Assistant JV Coach for Glen Allen High School Girls Volleyball. She is excited to collaborate and learn with others while also growing her leadership skills, both personally and professionally.
