Josh Faughnan was born and raised in Queensbury, New York. He attended Binghamton University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. While at Binghamton, Josh served on the executive board of the Sports Management Group for three years, including a term as President, and worked with Binghamton Athletics' Creative Services team, creating content covering all 21 of their Division I teams, including away contests with the men’s basketball program. He was honored with the "Bearcat Pride" Award in 2025 for his contributions to the athletics department. Josh is now pursuing his Master of Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University while serving as a Creative Content Graduate Assistant with VCU Athletics. Josh is eager to continue developing his skills and building connections within the sports industry while creating content for VCU's passionate fanbase.
