Katherine Armstrong
Katherine Armstrong is from Chesterfield, Virginia. She attended University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va where she earned her B.S. in Marketing and minored in Sports Management. During her time at Mary Washington, she was a member of the Cross Country and Track & Field teams, serving as a team captain and developing strong skills in teamwork and collaboration. She also represented her team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. In addition, Katherine held leadership roles across campus, including serving as Vice President of the Student Government Senate and as a Resident Assistant for four semesters.Now, at Virginia Commonwealth University Katherine serves as the Graduate Assistant for the VCU Cross Country and Track teams. She is eager to gain hands-on experience in the sport of running while further developing her coaching and leadership skills.
