Lamine Diaby-G

Lamine Diaby-G is from North St. Paul, Minnesota. He attended Concordia University, St. Paul, where he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. During his time at CSP, he gained valuable experience in college athletics as a member of the baseball team on an athletic scholarship and as an intern in the Strength and Conditioning department. Lamine also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Texas Christian University and founded his own performance company, 1of1 Performance LLC, while still an undergraduate.

He currently serves as the VCU Men’s Basketball Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant as well as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Randolph-Macon College men’s basketball team. Lamine is eager to continue developing a holistic knowledge of the sports industry.

Cade Dressler was born and raised in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Minor in Psychology, earning Dean’s List honors every semester. During his time at VCU, Cade was a five-year member of the Rams Baseball Team, where he is currently completing his final season of eligibility. Beyond athletics, Cade is a graduate of the Rams Leadership Academy, a program designed by the VCU Athletic Department to foster leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. Cade aims to be a team-first leader and problem-solver, approaching every challenge with dedication, humility, and hard work.
