Mackenzie Fitzgerald was born and raised in Vienna, Virginia. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History. While at Ohio State, she was a member of the varsity women’s lacrosse team and an active participant in the Columbus community, consistently leading her team in community service hours. With one year of athletic eligibility remaining, Mackenzie chose to continue her lacrosse career at Virginia Commonwealth University while pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Leadership. She is excited to connect with her classmates and expand her knowledge of the sport industry.
