Ashley Duguay, Ph.D.
Ashley Duguay is a third year doctoral student studying Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Windsor. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from St. Thomas University, a Master of Education (Sport Leadership) from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Master of Human Kinetics (Sport and Exercise Psychology) from the University of Windsor. Ashley is generally interested in the area of group dynamics and her doctoral research focuses on athlete leadership, athlete leader development, and team leadership development. Additionally, she is an adjunct instructor for Sport Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Center for Sport Leadership.
