Cecil Way

A northern Virginia native, Cecil Way graduated from VCU in 2022 with a Bachelors in International Business Management. During his time pursuing his degree, Cecil also led the VCU Men’s Rugby Club as Captain, Vice President, and eventually President. Currently, Cecil is working for the Richmond Kickers for his graduate assistantship. In the future he aims to combine his experience gained from the CSL and with the Kickers in order to pursue a career in Italian soccer.
