A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, Will graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Communications. Will was also a 4 year member of the Randolph-Macon baseball team and he is responsible for the 4th highest single season batting average in school history. He also represented the baseball team on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. After graduating from Randolph-Macon, Will worked as a credit analyst for Guggenheim Partners in New York City. Will is now working as a Graduate Assistant for the Richmond Flying Squirrels, and he hopes to pursue a career in operations or player development for a Major League Baseball team.Bio
