Ellie Joyce grew up in Richmond and Leesburg, Virginia. She spent her undergraduate years at Wofford College, where she played Division I lacrosse for the Terriers. While at Wofford, Ellie was also an active member on campus, holding leadership positions in a variety of student organizations. She earned her BA in government with a double minor in French and art history from Wofford. During this academic year, Ellie is a graduate assistant in VCU’s athletic development office. She is passionate about creating an excellent experience for student-athletes at the collegiate level, and looks forward to continuing her athlete-centered work at the CSL, as a graduate assistant, and in her future endeavors.
